Hello,
Ever since the first version of Acronis 2020, the sync icon has been missing from the system tray. I just looked at the manual and it says the icon should be there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
Anyone else know how to restore the sync icon?

Brad, where in the manual are you seeing that it says a system tray icon will be shown for sync activity?
The only mention that I see is for icons on individual items being synced to show the status of activity.
I do not see any system tray icon other than the new combined notification listing of backup activities etc with ATI 2020.
In my sync task, I just see information shown at the top of the page telling me when the sync was 'Last updated' and 'Size' of data synced.

Notification area icons must have the Win 10 Settings in System- Notifications 'Get notifications for apps and other senders' turned on.
Google Backup And Sync Download
Back Up And Sync Settings
Right click on the Mozy icon / in your system tray and select Settings>More Settings.
Click the Optionspane, then the General tab.
To remove the icons, uncheck the Show backup status icons on files option, then click OK.
To add the icons, check the Show backup status icons on files option, then click OK.
You may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
Google Sync Icon
If the option to Show backup status icons on files is grayed-out, click Change options that are currently unavailable in the bottom right corner.
