Additional image requirements with full automation can be assigned to Picture Manager For Excel which is an add-in for Excel that provides a necessary control when working with images in Microsoft Excel. #1 open your workbook that contain an image or picture that you want to lock to a cell. Or you can insert one picture to your worksheet. #2 you need to adjust the size of the cell so that that picture is contained entirely within it. #3 right click on the picture, and then select Size and Properties from the popup menu list. Step 5: Now, you can see the image in your excel file. Step 6: This picture is not yet ready to use as of now. We need to resize this. Select the picture and resize using drag and drop option in excel from the corner edges of the image, or you can resize the height and width under the Format tab. Note: Modify the row height as 118 and column.

The Microsoft Ignite Conference was held in Orlando last week. There were several new Excel features announced.
Today, a quick article about the Picture Transparency tools in Excel. You can easily insert a photograph in Excel using Insert, Picture. But that photo is displayed on top of the cells and you can not see the values in the cells.
Select the picture. On the Picture Tools Format tab, there is a new Transparency slider. Choose one of the thumbnails to adjust the photo transparency.

If you need to fine-tune the settings, you can use the menu item and adjust from 0 to 100% transparency.
The only difficulty now is that you can't click on cell A1 to select it. You will have to either click to the right of the picture and use the arrow keys, or press F5 or Ctrl+G to display the Go To dialog. Type A1 and click OK.
